About Me
Hi! My name is Ainsley Dobson and I’m an Aussie in New York, currently working in Strategic Partnerships at Facebook and Instagram. I moved to the US in 2017 for a chance to work with some of the world's biggest brands and create memorable campaigns for a global audience. If you have an idea on ways we can collaborate, or if you have located my missing AirPods, please get in touch as I’d love to hear from you.

Partnership Opportunities
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager for Facebook and Instagram, I work to identify, negotiate and manage partnership opportunities within the global ad technology ecosystem. This involves working closely with founders of partner organizations to develop their product offering, business strategy, team structure and revenue models – all while meeting the business goals of our mutual clients.
I’m always on the lookout for high-growth ad tech companies to collaborate with, so please get in touch if there’s an opportunity you want to discuss.

My career to date has touched on all aspects of marketing, from creative production and product development to campaign strategy and client management. Now focused on partnerships and business development, I have a track record of success leading teams and managing a $2B+ revenue portfolio.
Awards
outstanding achievement in social networking, Interactive Media Awards (Australia)
Awarded in 2015 for my work on NightOwl Convenience’s Spin ‘N' Win campaign. This full-scale promotion was designed to increase sales in convenience stores via a gaming app, with downloads driven by organic and paid social, and incremental foot traffic lift measured using iBeacon technology.
